PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental material high in density and strength of a sintered body, and excellent color view extremely close to color view of teeth and light transmissivity, especially a colored light transmissive zirconia sintered body capable of being used for mill blank, tooth row bracket.SOLUTION: There is provided a colored light transmissive zirconia sintered body containing yttria of 2 to 4 mol%, ErOof 0.02 to 0.8 mol%, an iron compound of 20 to less than 2,000 ppm in terms of FeO, AlOof 0.005 to less than 0.2 wt.% and a remainder comprising zirconia, having brightness Lof 55 to 75, a* of 0 to 10, b* of 0 to 30, which are chromatic parameters as defined in accordance with JIS-Z8729, a relative density of 99.80% or more, and a total light transmittance of 18% or more and 40% or less as measured at a sample thickness of 1 mm using a D65 light source.
