The present invention relates to an osteosynthesis device which has an improved structure in order to improve the treatment efficiency of a bone fracture part by delivering a proper level of weight to the bone fracture part. According to the present invention, the osteosynthesis device which immobilizes a bone by being inserted into the inside of the fractured bone includes: a first fixing member which is formed lengthily in one direction and has an open end part； and a second fixing member which is formed lengthily in one direction and is inserted into the open end part of the first fixing member. In the first fixing member, a first blocking member is arranged to: limit the second fixing member from being inserted into the inside of the first fixing member in a depth which is equal to or deeper than a reference depth by being combined with the inside of the first fixing member and being in contact with the second fixing member； be positioned inside the first fixing member and be positioned in the opposite side of the second fixing member across a first stopper member which is separated from the first fixing member if power which is equal to or bigger than a reference weight is applied through the second fixing member； and limit the second fixing member from being inserted into the inside of the first fixing member when separating the first stopper member.본 발명은 골절부에 적절한 수준의 하중이 전달되게 함으로써 골절부의 치료효율이 향상되도록 구조가 개선된 골접합 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 골접합 장치는 골절된 뼈의 내부로 삽입하여 상기 뼈를 고정하는 골접합 장치에 있어서, 일방향으로 길게 형성되며 일단부가 개구된 제1고정부재와, 일방향으로 길게 형성되며, 제1고정부재의 개구된 단부에 삽입되는 제2고정부재를 포함하며, 제1고정부재에는 제1고정부재의 내부에 결합되며 제2고정부재에 접촉되어 제2고정부재가 제1고정부재의 내부로 기준깊이 이상 삽입되는 것을 제한하되, 제2고정부재를 통해 기준하중 이상의 힘이 인가되면 제1고정부재로부터 분리되는 제1스토퍼부재와, 제1고정부재의 내부에 배치되되 제1스토퍼부재를 사이에 두고 제2고정부재의 반대측에 배치되며, 제1스토퍼부재의 분리시 제2고정부재가 제1고정부재의 내부로 삽입되는 것을 제한하는 제1차단부재가 마련되어 있다.
