PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such an adverse effect that, when a drip infusion bag pharmaceutical including pharmaceutical components such as palonosetron is subjected to high-pressure steam sterilization, with a direct container enclosed in an exterior bag, a material derived from the exterior bag permeates in the pharmaceutical solution.SOLUTION: An adverse effect is solved by founding that, even when a drip infusion bag pharmaceutical (packaged in an exterior bag) including pharmaceutical components such as palonosetron is subjected to high-pressure steam sterilization, if a container including a cyclic polyolefin is used as a direct container, the container can prevent a material derived from the exterior bag from permeating into the pharmaceutical solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】パロノセトロン等の薬剤成分含有の点滴静注バッグ製剤において、直接容器を外装袋に封入した状態で高圧蒸気滅菌を施すと外装袋由来の物質が薬液中に透過することを発見し、その弊害を解決しなければならないとする問題があった。【解決手段】パロノセトロン等の薬剤成分含有の点滴静注バッグ製剤（外装袋入り）において、直接容器として環状ポリオレフィンを含む容器にすることにより、高圧蒸気滅菌を施しても、外装袋由来の物質の薬液中への透過が防止できることを発見し、その弊害が解決した。【選択図】なし
