PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonionic medicine-containing composition which prevents hinokitiol from being adsorbed to a container regardless of the kind of the container, stably incorporates with a nonionic medicine, and exhibits good preparation storage stability of the composition and favorable applicability (extensibility) to affected parts.SOLUTION: The composition contains a nonionic medicine (A), a gelled hydrocarbon (B), and a hydrophilic gel base agent (C).
