PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin external composition having good usability and a high sunscreen effect which comprises an ultraviolet absorber and tranexamic acid.SOLUTION: There is provided a skin external composition which comprises (a) tranexamic acid or a salt thereof and (b) methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol. Further, it is preferable that the skin external composition is a solid powder foundation. (b) the surface of a powder is coated with methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol and the powder is talc.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】紫外線吸収剤とトラネキサム酸を含有した使用性が良好な日焼け止め効果の高い皮膚外用組成物を得ることを課題とした。【解決手段】（ａ）トラネキサム酸又はその塩と、（ｂ）メチレンビス－ベンゾトリアゾリルテトラメチルブチルフェノールを含有することを特徴とする皮膚外用組成物は、課題を解決できることが分かった。また皮膚外用組成物がファンデーションであること、粉体固形剤形であること、（ｂ）メチレンビス－ベンゾトリアゾリルテトラメチルブチルフェノールが粉体の表面に被覆されていること、粉体がタルクであることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
