PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet absorbent-containing skin external preparation which is excellent in usability and feeling of use, and suppresses transdermal penetration of an ultraviolet absorbent, and reduces safety problems such as a skin irritation feelings, for example a pain or itching, or contact dermatitis by the ultraviolet absorbent.SOLUTION: Transdermal penetration of an ultraviolet absorbent can be suppressed by dissolving methoxycinnamic acid octyl, an ultraviolet absorbent, in silicone oil with a surfactant and making a (vinyldimethicone / methicone silsesquioxane) crosspolymer absorb and hold. Further, a combination of polyoxybutylene-polyoxyethylene-polyoxybutylene glyceryl ether (3B.O.) (8E.O.) (5 P.O.) can solve the problem that a composition comprising the above-mentioned methoxycinnamic acid octyl often causes a superficial feeling and a slimy feeling.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】使用性と使用感に優れ、かつ、紫外線吸収剤の経皮的な浸透を抑制し、紫外線吸収剤による痛みやかゆみ等の刺激感や接触皮膚炎等の安全性上の問題が低減された紫外線吸収剤含有皮膚外用剤の提供。【解決手段】界面活性剤を用いて紫外線吸収剤であるメトキシケイ皮酸オクチルをシリコーン油に溶解し、(ビニルジメチコン/メチコンシルセスキオキサン)クロスポリマーに吸収・保持させることにより、紫外線吸収剤の経皮的な浸透を抑制でき、さらに、ポリオキシブチレンポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレングリセリルエーテル(3B.O.)(8E.O.)(5P.O.)を配合することにより、上記のメトキシケイ皮酸オクチルを含む組成物の上滑り感やずるつき感が多いという問題点を解消できた。【選択図】なし
