A massager 1 is rotatably supported around a grip portion 3, a bifurcated portion 2 provided on one end side of the grip portion 3, and a pair of rotating shafts 9 attached to the bifurcated portion 2. It includes a pair of rotating bodies 4. The grip portion 2 and the bifurcated portion 2 are formed by joining the lower cover 5 and the upper cover 6 which are vertically divided. The lower cover 5 and the upper cover 6 are internally joined by using the snap-fit piece 6a and the engaging portion 5a. A rotating shaft fixing portion 5f for attaching the rotating shaft 9 is formed in advance on either the lower cover 5 or the upper cover 6.
