The present invention provides a tablet comprising: a first layer containing metformin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a second layer containing an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the first layer and/or the second layer contains glyceryl behenate. The tablet of the present invention, when prepared into a multi-layered tablet, has excellent friability and hardness, particularly has no interlayer separation phenomenon, and exhibits an equal dissolution rate compared with that of a single preparation of an active ingredient.
