The present invention provides a pharmaceutical combination preparation which comprises both of the active ingredients (a HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor and a cholesterol absorption inhibitor) at the same time, and is characterized in that the dissolution pattern of each active ingredient in the combination preparation is the same as that of each active ingredient in the single-ingredient preparations, thereby remarkably improving patient convenience and compliance.
