The pharmaceutical composition comprises the antibody, or binding fragment thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, excipient, or diluent. In another embodiment, a method of treating a cancer in a patient is provided. In yet another embodiment, a method of diagnosing a cancer in a patient is provided. In another embodiment, a diagnostic kit is provided, wherein the kit comprises the antibody.
