PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate an index related to blood flow without extra hardware.SOLUTION: A terminal device 10 detects a pulse wave of a first organism from an image in which the first organism being a part of an organism of a subject is imaged with a camera included in the terminal device 10. In addition, the terminal device 10 detects a pulse wave of a second organism that is a different portion from the first organism of the subject from vibration occurring in the terminal device 10 held by the subject. Further, the terminal device 10 calculates an amount of delay between the pulse wave of the first organism and the pulse wave of the second organism. Furthermore, the terminal device 10 calculates an index related to blood flow by using the amount of delay.
