PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate an index related to blood flow without extra hardware.SOLUTION: A blood flow index calculation device 10 detects a pulse wave of a first organism from an image in which the first organism is imaged with a first camera. In addition, the blood flow index calculation device 10 detects a pulse wave of a second organism different from the first organism from an image in which the second organism is imaged with a second camera. Further, the blood flow index calculation device 10 calculates an amount of delay that is a time difference between the pulse wave of the first organism and the pulse wave of the second organism.
