A solid pharmaceutical preparation comprising ibuprofen and ethenzamide is characterized in that ibuprofen and ethenzamide are added to different pharmaceutical preparation particles and the pharmaceutical preparation particles containing ibuprofen are coated by a film layer comprising polyvinyl alcohol or polyvinyl alcohol-acrylic acid-methyl methacrylate copolymer.本發明係提供一種含有普羅芬(Ibuprofen)以及止痛靈(Ethenzamide)之固形製劑,其特徵係將普羅芬與止痛靈摻混於相異的製劑粒子中,且將含有普羅芬之製劑粒子,以含有聚乙烯醇或聚乙烯醇.丙烯酸.甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚合物之薄膜層進行被覆。
