PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent which has an outstanding effect to treat and prevent keloid and/or hypertrophic scar which is guided with too much TGF-&bgr； signal.SOLUTION: The TGF-&bgr； inhibitor includes one sort or two sorts or more chosen from a prunus extract, a Moutan Cortex extract, a kelp extract, and a Collocalia esculenta L. nest extract. The TGF-&bgr； inhibitor controls the TGF-&bgr； signal to a disease of the keloid and/or hypertrophic scar guided with the too much TGF-&bgr； signal, thereby treats and prevents the keloid and/or hypertrophic scar, and can improve strong itching, strong pain or the like in an affected part.【課題】過度のＴＧＦ－βシグナルにより誘導されるケロイド及び／又は肥厚性瘢痕を、治療及び予防する優れた効果を有する薬剤を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、サクラエキス、ボタンピエキス、ケルプエキス及びアナツバメ巣エキスから選ばれる１種又は２種以上を含有するＴＧＦ－β抑制剤を提供する。本発明のＴＧＦ－β抑制剤は、過度のＴＧＦ－βシグナルにより誘導されるケロイド及び／又は肥厚性瘢痕の疾患に対して、ＴＧＦ－βシグナルを抑制することで、ケロイド及び／又は肥厚性瘢痕を治療及び予防し、並びに患部における強い痒み及び痛み等を改善することができる。【選択図】なし
