PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide in vitro 2-dimensional co-culture systems of LT-HSCs and osteoblastic niche cells and methods for establishing them.SOLUTION: There are provided: methods for screening patients suffering from a disorder caused by dysfunction of osteoblastic niche cells, using co-culture systems； further, methods for screening a candidate substance for treatment of a disorder caused by dysfunction of osteoblastic niche cells； and also methods and therapeutic compositions for treating a patient suffering from a disorder caused by dysfunction of osteoblastic niche cells, including administering an effective amount of the osteoblastic niche cells.【課題】LT-HSCsと骨芽ニッチ細胞のin vitro二次元共培養システムおよびその確立方法を提供する。【解決手段】共培養システムを用いた、骨芽ニッチ細胞の機能不全によって引き起こされる疾患を患っている患者のスクリーニング方法。さらに、骨芽ニッチ細胞の機能不全によって引き起こされる疾患の治療のための候補物質のスクリーニング方法。また、骨芽ニッチ細胞の効果的な量を投与することを含む、骨芽ニッチ細胞の機能不全によって引き起こされる疾患を患っている患者の治療方法及び治療組成物。【選択図】なし
