PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed and a mattress for enabling not only a nurse or a carer, but a user lying on the mattress to correctly recognize and adjust the lying position of the user even under the dark or visually inconvenient environment.SOLUTION: The bed 1 includes: a bed frame 10 a bottom 11 supported by the bed frame and the mattress 2 placed on the bottom 11.
