PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving device for nursing capable of placing a care-receiver on it in a satisfactory manner and reducing a burden of a care-giver.SOLUTION: A placement surface 133 on which a care-receiver H is placed is held so as to move upward and downward in a vertical direction, and to slide in a predetermined slide direction that intersects with the vertical direction. The placement surface 133 can move upward and downward between a lying placement position P1 and a sitting placement position P2 which is lower than the lying placement position P1.
