This invention relates to a method for producing Antrodia cinnamomea essence, which is a method capable of truly extracting Antrodia cinnamomea essence, mainly comprising a mycelial culture procedure, a first-stage mycelial pellet culture procedure, a second-stage mycelial pellet culture procedure, a fermentation extraction procedure, and an oil filtering procedure. The mycelial culture procedure is to enable Antrodia cinnamomea to culture a great amount of Antrodia cinnamomea mycelium. The first-stage pellet culture procedure is to enable Antrodia cinnamomea mycelium to culture mycelial pellets. The second-stage pellet culture procedure is to enable the mycelial pellets of the first-stage to form mycelial pellets in larger volume. The fermentation extraction procedure is to place mycelial pellets into oil allowing the mycelial pellets to be fermented by the oil to extract the essence ingredients of the mycelium and fruiting body of Antrodia cinnamomea.
