The claimed invention relates to the production of plastic windows and doors and can be used for milling mullions after cutting and prior to the installation of mechanical connectors on the ends thereof. An automatic two-headed mullion milling machine comprises a table, a fixed milling plate and a movable milling plate with electric motors and cutters, a control console, a stepper motor, a belt drive, connecting pipes for the connection of suction means, and a self-centering mullion support in the form of pulleys and belts fastened to the shaft of the stepper motor. The milling machine is equipped with a linear motion system, on which the movable milling plate and a bracket for holding the control console are mounted via sliding carriages. The fixed milling plate is rigidly mounted on the table. The bracket with the control console is mounted between the movable plate and the fixed plate, and the stepper motor and the belt drive are mounted to be capable of actuating the movable plate and the control console.
