Disclosed is a fixing tool for radiation therapy. The fixing tool for radiation therapy according to the present invention is a fixing tool used to support a patient while radiation therapy is performed. The fixing tool comprises: a cover including a top part, a middle part having a narrower width than the top part, and a bottom part having a wider width than the middle part； multiple grains accommodated in the cover； and an air discharge hole formed at one side of the cover. The top part and bottom part support the side of the patient body, and the middle part exposes the side of the patient body. According to the present invention, the middle part has a narrower width than the top part and bottom part so that the patient is stably supported and the side of the patient&prime；s abdomen is exposed. Therefore, when a tumor on the body is treated, marking is not distorted by the lifting of the skin, and unnecessary pressure applied to the patient can be reduced.방사선 치료용 고정기구가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 방사선 치료용 고정기구는, 방사선 치료시 환자를 지지하는데 사용되는 고정기구에 있어서, 상측부, 상측부보다 폭이 좁은 중앙부 및 중앙부보다 폭이 넓은 하측부를 포함하는 커버； 커버 내부에 수용되는 다수의 알갱이； 및 커버 일측에 형성되는 공기배출구를 포함하고, 상측부 및 하측부는 환자의 몸통 측면을 지지하고, 중앙부는 환자의 몸통 측면을 노출시키는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 중앙부가 상측부 및 하측부보다 폭이 좁도록 하여 환자의 지지가 안정되게 이루어지면서도 복부 측면이 노출되도록 하여 몸통에 위치한 종양의 치료시 피부의 밀림에 의하여 마킹이 왜곡되지 않고 환자에게 가해지는 불필요한 압박을 줄일 수 있다.
