The present invention: prevents a plastic greenhouse from being damaged by snow in the wintertime when a large amount of snow is accumulated on the plastic greenhouse by removing the snow, and enables an internal temperature of the plastic greenhouse to be dropped in the summertime at the same time, by connecting a generally installed plastic greenhouse to underground water or a hydrant installing a plastic hose in a body of which a plurality of spray holes are formed, and which sprays water to the outside through the spray holes in a central part of the top of the plastic greenhouse and spraying water from the installed plastic hose.
