PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell separation filter that can be used by switching into a flow method which is appropriate for each process in producing cell concentrate.SOLUTION: A cell separation filter comprises: a container 1 in which a first liquid-passing port 11 and a second liquid-passing port 12 are arranged; and a filtration material filled between the first liquid-passing port 11 and the second liquid-passing port 12, and the filter includes switching mechanisms A2,B2 which are constituted to be capable of moving the arrangement of the first liquid-passing port 11 and the second liquid-passing port 12. By introducing cell-containing liquid to allow the filtration material to contact the liquid in the state of a crossflow method using the switching mechanisms A2,B2, accumulation or clogging of particles onto a filtration material surface is hard to occur, and a large amount of cell-containing liquid can be filtered by using the whole area of filtration material. By recovering cell concentrate in the state of a dead-end flow method using the switching mechanisms A2,B2, cell recovery rate can be improved because a flow direction of recovery liquid is the same as a filtration direction by the filtration material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
