PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus effectively reducing collected noise from a noise source so that an operator can clearly discriminate patients voice passing through a microphone.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic apparatus is provided with: a scanner device 21 and a sound collection device 42 including a sound collection part M collecting voice and a diffraction board D disposed along the outer periphery of the sound collection part M and capable of advancing/retreating in an advancing/retreating direction.
