[Problems] A novel ingredient having an action of inhibiting neuropathic pain is disclosed, and a novel drug for inhibiting neuropathic pain by which this ingredient can be effectively utilized is obtained. [Solving means] A drug for inhibiting neuropathic pain containing, as an active ingredient, one or more kinds of ascorbic acid derivatives including an L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphoric acid ester which is represented by Chemical formula 1, and in which a phosphoric acid ester part has a branched alkyl group, or an organic salt thereof or an inorganic salt thereof. (wherein R 1 and R 2 represent hydrogen (H) or an alkyl group having a carbon number of 4 to 30 which is branched at the 2-positioin, provided that case where R 1 =R 2 =hydrogen (H) is excluded)
