The invention relates to a cream intended to be used in dermatology, having protective, softening, anti-inflammatory and cyto-stimulating properties. According to the invention, the cream consists of active substance, i.e. 35 g of [2-amino-2-deoxy-(1-4)- &bgr -D-glucopyranose] solution in a concentration of 3% and the following ingredients: cetyl alcohol, sodium lauryl sulphate, liquid paraffin, salve base, ascorbic acid and water, for the remainder to 100 g.Invenţia se referă la o cremă utilizată în dermatologie, cu proprietăţi protectoare, emoliente, antiinflamatorii, citostimulatoare. Crema conform invenţiei este constituită din substanţă activă, respectiv, 35 g soluţie [2-amino-2-deoxi-(1-4)- β -D-glucopiranoză] 3% şi ingrediente alcool cetilic, lauril sulfat de sodiu, parafină lichidă, vaselină, acid ascorbic, apă până la 100 g.
