The present invention relates to a composition comprising Bacterial cellulose as an active ingredient for treating skin burn, and a method for producing Bacterial cellulose or a method for preparing a therapeutic agent for burn wounds and, more specifically, to a method for producing or preparing Bacterial cellulose, which comprises the steps of: a) stationarily culturing Acetobacter A10 in a liquid medium to prepare an Acetobacter A10 culture medium and b) collecting Bacterial cellulose from the Acetobacter A10 culture medium obtained in the step a).
