- 本发明一种辣椒疫霉菌培养基的制备方法及其应用,将红薯洗净去皮后,切成小块后于水中煮沸10‑60分钟,然后用双层纱布过滤,滤液中加入琼脂,充分搅拌均匀,分装后置于高压蒸汽灭菌锅中灭菌,取出倒入灭菌的培养皿中制成平板,待培养基充分冷却凝固得到本发明的辣椒疫霉菌培养基。本发明通过以红薯为原料制成培养基,可在短时间内获得大量疫霉菌游动孢子囊,既解决了在常规固体培养基上极难或较少产生游动孢子囊的问题,而利用水培法诱导孢子囊易被污染的难题,又大大缩短了游动孢子囊的产生间期。
