The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting formation of Phytophthora capsici microtubules comprising peptides which include amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 or 2. By using the composition of the present invention, the microtubule formation can be inhibited by specifically binding to beta-tubulin which is a sub-unit for forming the microtubule which plays important roles on cell division, motility, and maintaining shapes of Phytophthora capsici.본 발명은 서열목록 제1서열 또는 제2서열의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 펩타이드를 포함하는 파이토프쏘라 캡사이시의 미소관 합성 억제용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물을 사용함으로써, 파이토프쏘라 캡사이시에서 세포 분열, 운동성 그리고 형태를 유지하는데 중요한 역할을 하는 미소관을 형성하는 서브유닛인 베타-튜불린에 특이적으로 결합하여 미소관 형성을 저해할 수 있다.
