The present invention relates to a biomolecule-nanoparticle composite and a preparation method thereof and, more specifically, to a biomolecule-nanoparticle composite having a core-shell structure with increased immobilization amount of biomolecules and improved long-term use stability by immobilizing biomolecules to a functional group of nanoparticles comprising the functional group, and to a preparation method thereof.본 발명은 바이오분자-나노입자 복합체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면, 작용기를 포함하는 나노입자의 상기 작용기에 바이오분자를 고정화시킴으로써 바이오분자의 고정화량 증대 및 장기사용안정성을 향상시킨 코어쉘 구조의 바이오분자-나노입자 복합체 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하는데 있다.
