PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bush cutter enabling a rotary blade to be surely mounted at its proper position even without special care.
SOLUTION: The bush cutter is so constructed that a rotary blade 7 is firmly held and fixed by a blade-receiving fitment 5 fixed around a drive shaft 6 and a blade-pressing fitment 8 tightened by a nut 9 attached to the tip 6a of the drive shaft 6. In this bush cutter, in case the rotary blade 7 is set at an improper position, the projection level of the tip 6a of the drive shaft 6 from the through hole of the blade-pressing fitment 8 is ensured to be at most 2.5 mm.
