This disclosure provides a method for preventing, treating, or managing a filovirus infection in a subject, where the method includes administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of at least two anti-filovirus glycoprotein antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof where at least one of the antibodies or fragments binds to its orthologous filovirus glycoprotein epitope on two or more filovirus species or strains.Cette invention concerne un procédé de prévention, de traitement ou de prise en charge d'une infection par filovirus chez un sujet, le procédé consistant à administrer à un sujet en ayant besoin une quantité efficace d'au moins deux anticorps de glycoprotéine anti-filovirus ou de fragments de liaison à l'antigène de ceux-ci, au moins l'un des anticorps ou fragments se liant à son épitope de glycoprotéine de filovirus orthologue sur au moins deux espèces ou souches de filovirus.
