The present invention relates to an antimicrobial composition for emulsion and dispersion. More particularly, an object of the present invention is to provide an antimicrobial composition for emulsion and dispersion which is effective for inhibiting the activity against a strain belonging to the genus Acetobacteraceae. The antimicrobial composition for emulsion and dispersion not only exhibits a remarkable effect in inhibiting the activity against a strain belonging to the genus Acetobacteraceae to which a Gluconacetobacter liquefaciens strain belongs, but also exhibits a remarkable effect in inhibiting grit generation of the emersion and dispersion due to the antimicrobial composition for emulsion and dispersion.본 발명은 에멀젼 및 분산액용 항균 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 Acetobacteraceae 속에 속하는균주에 대한 활성을 억제하는데 효과적인 에멀젼 및 분산액용 항균 조성물을 제공하고자 하는 것이다.본 발명에 따른 에멀젼 및 분산액용 항균 조성물은 글루코노아세토박터 리퀘파시엔스균주가 속한 Acetobacteraceae 속에 속하는 균주에 대한 활성을 억제하는데 현저한 효과를 나타낼 뿐만 아니라, 동시에 상기 에멀젼 및 분산액용 항균 조성물로 인한 에멀젼 및 분산용액의 그릿 발생을 억제하는데도 현저한 효과를 나타낸다.
