To provide a device facilitating take-out of an object floating on a liquid in a container from the container, or placing the object in the liquid in the container.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment of the invention, the device comprises a main body part for lifting the object floating on a liquid in the container by mounting the object on a top part of the main body part or arranging the object on the top part in the liquid in the container, the top part comprises an irregular structure for generating a gap for inserting a member on which the object is mounted, between the object and the top part, when the object is mounted.
