A vapour provision system comprising: a first activation sensor； a secondactivation sensor； user programming circuitryconfigured, in response to user input, to store a first user-defined settingfor use in association with the first activation sensor and asecond user-defined setting for use in association with the second activationsensor； and power supply control circuitry configured tocontrol a supply of power to a vaporiser to generate vapour from a vapourprecursor material for user inhalation, wherein the powersupply control circuitry is configured to control the supply of power to thevaporiser in accordance with the first user-defined settingin response to detecting user activation of the first activation sensor and tocontrol the supply of power to the vaporiser in accordancewith the second user-defined setting in response to detecting user activationof the second activation sensor.
