The invention concerns a bone plate system (1) for securing a bone plate (3) to a bone. The system (1) comprises: a bone plate (3) comprising a plate hole (11) having a plate hole central axis (A1), and extending from a first plate surface (7) to a second plate surface (9)； and an inlay (4) arranged to be received in the plate hole (11) and secured against rotation about the plate hole central axis (A1 ) in an assembled state of the system, in which the inlay is secured in the plate hole (11), the inlay comprising an inlay hole (12) extending from a first inlay surface (14) to a second inlay surface (16) and being arranged to receive a bone screw therein. At least one of the first and second inlay surfaces is non-planar in an unassembled state of the system, in which the inlay is not secured to the bone plate, while in the assembled state, the inlay (4) is deformed such that the first and second inlay surfaces are planar and the inlay is at least partially received in a groove formed in the plate hole.L'invention concerne un système de plaque osseuse (1) pour fixer une plaque osseuse (3) à un os.
