Disclosed is a swing-type safe syringe, comprising a needle tube sheath (1), a needle tube (3), a needle base (5), a syringe barrel (6), a swing connector (4) and an upper fastener means for limiting swing. The anterior segment of the swing connector (4) is connected to the needle tube sheath (1) and the posterior segment thereof is articulated with the needle base (5). The upper fastener means is provided between the swing connector (4) and the needle base (5) and can be released under the action of an operating force. One side of the needle tube sheath (1) is opened with a slot (1.7) having an opening at the back end, wherein the needle tube sheath (1) swing along with the swing connector (4) relative to the needle tube (3) and the needle base (5) is swayed and wrapped into the periphery of the needle tube (3) until clamped to the upper fastener means.
