PURPOSE: An apparatus for promoting a growth expression factor of a follicular cell is provided to expose human dermal papilla cells to SAR so that a growth expression factor of a cell promotes the growth and the regeneration of the hair including IGF1. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for promoting a growth expression factor of a follicular cell comprises a super high frequency output unit(22) and a control unit(40). The control unit controls the super high frequency output unit. The super high frequency output unit projects high frequency wave to the follicular cell of the head to induce a growth expression factor. The super high frequency output unit is formed in at least a housing which is hemispheric and covers the head or a housing which is open to project high frequency wave to a certain area. [Reference numerals] (40) Control unit； (AA) Super high frequency output unit； (BB) Cooling water； (CC) Blowing fan； (DD) Monitor모낭세포에서 성장인자 발현을 촉진하는 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명은 모낭세포에서 성장인자 발현을 촉진하는 장치로서, 두부를 감싸도록 씌워지는 반구형의 하우징 내측에 초고주파 출력부가 구비되어, 모낭세포내 성장인자의 발현을 유도하도록 두부의 모낭 세포에 초고주파를 조사하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 모유두세포를 초고주파에 특정 SAR(전자파 흡수율)로 노출시킴으로써, IGF1를 포함하여 모발성장 및 재생를 촉진하는 세포내 성장인자의 발현을 유도하는 한편, 모발성장을 저해하는 TGFβ같은 성장인자의 발현을 억제시킬 수 있게 된다.
