PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage tool, improving the convenience of a tool by keeping a string (20) from obstructing a worker when the string (20) is connected to the tool with a handle (10) to thereby fix the tool to a tool user.SOLUTION: A storage tool for storing a tool includes: a handle (10) serving as a grip for a worker and a working functional part (such as a rope 11) as a part extended from the handle (10). The storage tool includes a sheath body (40) for storing the handle (10) and a string (such as a terminal rope 20) connecting the sheath body (40) and the tool to each other. The string (20) connects a connecting fixed part (42) to a storing space for storing the tool in the sheath body (40). A winding mechanism (25) may be provided at a connecting and fixed part on the sheath body (40) side.
