PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compress applying tool enabling a user to easily applying a compress by himself/herself at a desired position of the scapula or back having the difficulty in applying a compress if help is not available by another person.SOLUTION: A compress applying tool includes: a support 3 with an attaching tool 7 to be attached to a wall or the like, a compress fixing base 4 for pressing a compress medicine 6 temporally fixed on the front and fixing it to the back, and an occipital region cover 2 to abut on the occipital region to position the support 3 on the center of the back. The occipital region cover 2 is arranged on the upper part of the support 3, and the compress fixing base 4 is arranged on the lower part thereof. The occipital region cover 2 is elastically supported by the support 3 so as to move frontward and backward, and is projected forward relative to the compress fixing base 4.
