PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical line connecting tool of new structure, wherein connection/separation of a fluid line is promptly performed, maintenance of a the fluid line to a connected state is attained with high reliability, and a maintenance function of the fluid line to the connected state is stably developed even in repetition of attachment and detachment for many times.SOLUTION: A locking protrusion 90 is formed on one of the outer peripheral surface 41 of an injection part of a port 10 and the inner peripheral surface 85 of a needle protection hood 70 of a connector 12, a locking surface 58 is formed on the other, and a locking recess 57 which opens toward the side opposite to the extraction direction between the insertion part and the needle protection hood 70 is formed on the locking surface 58 so that the locking protrusion 90 enters the locking recess 57 to be locked, and on the other hand, a contact part 78 which is pressed to an elastic seal 28 which covers the injection part of the port 10 is formed in a needle hub 68 so that the locking protrusion 90 is held in the locking recess 57 by pressing reaction force of the contact part 78 to the elastic seal 28.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】流体ラインの接続/分離を速やかに行なうことが出来、流体ラインの接続状態への維持が高い信頼性のもとに実現されると共に、多数回の着脱の繰返しでも流体ラインの接続状態への維持機能が安定して発揮され得る、新規構造の医療用ライン接続具を提供すること。【解決手段】ポート10の注入部の外周面41とコネクタ12の針保護フード70の内周面85の一方に係止突部90を形成して且つ他方に係止面58を形成すると共に、該係止面58には該注入部と該針保護フード70との抜け方向と反対側に向かって開口する係止凹所57を形成して、該係止凹所57に該係止突部90が入り込んで係止されるようにする一方、針ハブ68には該ポート10の注入部を蓋する弾性シール28に押し付けられる当接部78を形成して、該当接部78の該弾性シール28への押付反力で該係止突部90を該係止凹所57に保持させるようにした。【選択図】図1
