PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for effectively treating abnormal conditions from a lumbar spine to a pelvis, in which a body weight load is applied to the lumbar spine and pelvis at all times, abnormal conditions are caused in a motor function and arrangement (alignment) of the lumbar spine and the pelvis, a muscle spasm is generated in a paravertebral muscle to cause chronic pain, and abnormal conditions are easily caused in kinematic chains from the spine to peripheries, however, effect of treatment is hard to extend because the part generating these abnormal conditions is the deep part of the body.SOLUTION: A swinging exercise machine is configured by including: a seat section where a trainee is seated； tilt means for tilting the seat section in any direction； tilting speed setting means for determining the tilting speed of the seat section； and level restoring means for returning the tilted seat section substantially to a horizontal level.【課題】腰椎及び骨盤には常時、体重負荷がかかり、腰椎及び骨盤の運動機能や配列（アラインメント）に異常をきたし、腰椎及び骨盤の近傍の筋に筋スパズムが生じ、慢性の疼痛が生じ、脊柱から末梢への運動連鎖に異常をきたしやすい。しかし、これらの異常が生じる部位は体の深部であるため、治療の効果が及びにくい。本発明は、腰椎から骨盤にかけてのこのような異常を効果的に治療する装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】被訓練者が着座する着座部と、前記着座部を任意の方向に傾動させる傾動手段と、前記着座部の傾動速度を決定する傾動速度設定手段と傾動した前記着座部を略水平に戻す水平復元手段とを備えて揺動運動器を構成した。【選択図】図１
