The present invention pertains to pharmaceutical compositions which comprise abotulinum neurotoxin from Clostridium botulinum, the neurotoxin being free ofthe complexing proteins naturally present in the botulinum neurotoxin complexor being chemically modified or being modified by genetic manipulation.Moreover the pharmaceutical compositions of the instant invention have goodstability and are advantageously formulated free of human serum albumin.
