The present invention relates to an X-ray imaging device for a minimally invasive surgery, comprising: a rod body, which has a predetermined length such that the same can be inserted into a human body a clamp module installed on one side of the rod body, the clamp module comprising a first clamp body, a second clamp body, and a clamp support portion for supporting at least one of the first clamp body and the second clamp body such that a one-side end of the first clamp body and a one-side end of the second clamp body can move towards and away from each other an X-ray emission module installed on the one-side end of the first clamp body so as to emit X-rays towards the one-side end of the second clamp body an X-ray sensing module installed on the one-side end of the second clamp body so as to sense the X-rays emitted from the X-ray emission module and a manipulation module installed on the other side of the rod body so as to manipulate the clamp module such that the one-side end of the first clamp body of the clamp module and the other-side end of the second clamp body can move towards and away from each other, wherein, when the rod body is inserted into the human body, and when the one-side end of the first clamp body and the one-side end of the second clamp body are spaced from each other inside the human body with a lesion positioned therebetween, X-rays emitted from the X-ray emission module penetrate the lesion and are then sensed by the X-ray sensing module. This simplifies equipment in connection with visually confirming a lesion using X-rays during a minimally invasive surgery, such as a laparoscopic surgery or a thoracoscopic surgery, thereby resolving the problem of the operation room being cluttered by the equipment and minimizing the radiation exposure dose.La présente invention concerne un dispositif dimagerie à rayons X pour une chirurgie minimalement invasive, comprenant : un corps de tige, qui a une longueur prédéterminée de sorte à pouvoir être insér
