Presented herein are novel methods of treating cancer, which methods result in the expression of peptide antigens on a cancer. The peptide antigens are selected to initiate a recall immune response in a subject (e.g., a pre-existing immune response (memory response) that may have been induced by a prior vaccination or infection), which immune response is directed toward the cancer.
