Motion of the control elements is triggered by a control device, and motion of a used image is integrated into a large screen (3). The image is horizontally and/or vertically moved by the control device. Changes performed by the control device are interrupted for time by control signals. The carriage consists of a base body, which is provided with perpendicular rollers or wheels. The screen and a base (4) are provided on the carriage. An independent claim is also included for a method for relaxation of muscle.
