An aspect of the present invention provides an X-ray image device and a method for controlling the same, capable of simultaneously acquiring phase difference image signals having different types of properties by energy bands by using a photon counting detector to separate detected X-rays by energy bands without moving the detector or irradiating the X-rays several times.
