PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule type medication device in which a medicine can be guided to a desired internal region and be released.SOLUTION: A capsule type medication device has a movement mechanism and a medicine release mechanism. The movement mechanism comprises an inner casing 3, a spiral projection 5 formed on an outer surface of the inner casing 3, and a first magnet 4 for rotational drive mounted to the inner casing 3. The medicine release mechanism comprises a medicine storage 11 inserted in the inside of the inner casing 3 and being retractable, a cam 15 for activating the medicine storage 11 in the direction to extrude from the inner casing 3, a second magnet 16 for rotating the cam 15. The rotating directions of the first magnet 4 and the second magnet 16 are perpendicular to each other. A capsule is moved by applying the magnetic field of one rotating direction using an external magnetic field device, and if it reaches a desired region, the magnetic field of another rotating direction is applied and the medicine storage 11 is extruded, and thereby the medicine can be released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】体内の望む部位まで誘導して薬剤を放出できるカプセル型薬剤投与器を提供する。【解決手段】移動機構と薬剤放出機構とを有するカプセル型薬剤投与器であって、移動機構が、内側ケーシング３と、内側ケーシング３の外表面に形成された螺旋突条５と、内側ケーシング３に取付けられた回転駆動用の第１磁石４とからなり、薬剤放出機構が、内側ケーシング３の内部に挿入され出没可能な薬剤庫１１と、薬剤庫１１を内側ケーシング３から押し出す方向に作動させるカム１５と、カム１５を回転させる第２磁石１６とからなり、第１磁石４と第２磁石１６の回転方向が互いに直交している。外部磁界装置を用いて、一方の回転方向の磁界をかけることによりカプセルを移動させ、かつ所望の部位に至れば別の回転方向の磁界をかけて薬剤庫１１を押し出し薬剤を放出することができる。【選択図】図１
