A method for the preparation of an at least partly film-coated calcium-containing compound, wherein the calcium-containing compound is in the form of particles and/or crystals, the method comprising applying a coating composition comprising i) one or more water-soluble substances selected from the group consisting of polyols and carbohydrates and ii) one or more polymeric substances selected from the group consisting of povidones and copovidone to the calcium-containing compound, and the water-soluble substance and the polymeric substance is dispersed or dissolved in a solvent.본 발명은 수용성 물질 및 수용성 중합 물질로 적어도 부분적으로 막-코팅되고/되거나 과립화된 칼슘-함유 화합물, 및 약제학적 조성물에서의 이러한 코팅된 화합물의 용도에 관한 것이다. 상기 적어도 부분적으로 막-코팅되고/되거나 과립화된 칼슘-함유 화합물은 원소형 칼슘의 함유량이 매우 높으며 작은 크기로 편의성을 높인 정제의 제조에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 우수한 기계적 특성 및 관능적 특성을 갖는 본 발명의 정제는 약 96% 이상의 약물 함유량을 갖는다.
