The active ingredients in the protective layer include a gel-forming substance, a water-soluble calcium salt and a calcium ion complexing agent. The gel-forming substance is one or more of pectin, alginate and deacetylated gellan gum. The bioadhesive is one or more of carboxymethyl cellulose, carboxymethyl chitosan, carbomer, ethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bletilla striata polysaccharide, polylysine, mussel adhesive protein, collagen, polydopamine, sodium hyaluronate, and chitosan quaternary ammonium salt. The protective gel for gastrointestinal mucosa has a pH value not less than 7, and is neutral or basic in a solution state, and the product does not form a gel state, but forms a gel film under acidic conditions.
