PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antifouling cosmetics or antifouling skin external preparations which can prevent the adhesion of an oil solution or a harmful pollutant, which causes rough and dry skin and skin aging, by applying a cosmetic or skin external preparation containing perfluoropolyether having an amino group represented by general formula (1) to impart strong water and oil repellency on the skin surface.SOLUTION: We found that using an antifouling cosmetic or antifouling skin external preparation of the present invention containing perfluoropolyether having an amino group represented by general formula (1) is effective in preventing the adhesion of a solution, an oil solution, and a harmful pollutant, and the like which become external stimuli.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】一般式(1)で表されるアミノ基を有するパーフルオロポリエーテルを含有する化粧料又は皮膚外用剤を皮膚表面に塗布することによって、皮膚表面に強力な撥水・撥油性を付与して肌荒れや皮膚老化の原因となる油剤や有害性汚染物質の付着を防止することを見出し、本発明の防汚性化粧料又は防汚性皮膚外用剤を完成するに至った。【解決手段】本発明品である一般式(1)で表されるアミノ基を有するパーフルオロポリエーテル化合物を含有した防汚化粧料又は防汚性皮膚外用剤を使用することにより、外部刺激となる水剤、油剤、有害性汚染物質等の付着を防止する効果があることを見出した。【選択図】なし
